1. Definitions

• "Academy," "we," "us," or "our" refers to PMpathshala, operated by Bhawesh Rastogi.
• "Student," "you," or "your" refers to individuals who enroll in our courses or use our services.
• "Courses" refers to the educational programs offered by PMpathshala, including but not limited to "Basic to Advanced Product Management" (8 weeks) and "AI Product Manager" (8 weeks).
• "Content" refers to all materials provided as part of the courses, including videos, documents, presentations, assignments, and any other educational materials.

2. Enrollment and Account

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2.2 Registration

To enroll in a course, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Batch Size

Each batch is limited to 30 students to ensure quality learning. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, and we reserve the right to close enrollment once the batch is full.

3. Course Fees and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Course fees are displayed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect enrollments that have already been confirmed and paid.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• • Net Banking
• • Bank Transfer

3.3 Payment Confirmation

Your enrollment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with course access details within 24-48 hours of payment.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Conditions

• • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of enrollment
• • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• • After 30 days, no refunds will be provided

5. Course Access and Delivery

5.1 Live Sessions

Live sessions are conducted on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 11 AM to 2 PM IST via Zoom or similar video conferencing platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and compatible device.

5.2 Recorded Content

All live sessions are recorded and made available for lifetime access. Recorded sessions will be accessible within 24 hours of the live session.

5.3 Lifetime Access

Upon enrollment, you receive lifetime access to all course materials, recordings, and future updates to the course content.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All course content, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, templates, and other materials, are the intellectual property of PMpathshala and Bhawesh Rastogi. All rights are reserved.

6.2 License

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

6.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with others
• • Record live sessions without prior written permission
• • Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any course content
• • Share your login credentials with others
• • Use course materials to create competing products or services

7. Code of Conduct

As a student, you agree to:

• • Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• • Participate constructively in discussions and group activities
• • Complete assignments and projects honestly without plagiarism
• • Not engage in any disruptive behavior during live sessions
• • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course

8. Certificates

Upon successful completion of the course (attending at least 80% of live sessions and completing required assignments), you will receive a Certificate of Completion. The certificate is for personal use and does not constitute a professional accreditation or degree.

9. Job Assistance Disclaimer

While we provide career support services including resume review, interview preparation, and referrals to our hiring partners, we do not guarantee job placement. Your success depends on various factors including your skills, experience, market conditions, and effort.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMpathshala and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our courses or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
